AMG Heating & Cooling provides furnace, boiler and air conditioning maintenance for homes in Chicago and the south suburbs.

Tell us your equipment type, number of systems and property address. We confirm the maintenance scope, visit schedule and current price before you approve service. Maintenance pricing is separate from diagnostic and repair fees.
Clear Terms Before Enrollment
Your written proposal should identify the equipment covered, work included, materials, payment schedule and any renewal or cancellation terms. Ask us to confirm any discount or scheduling benefit in writing. After-hours service remains subject to availability.
Repairs, replacement equipment and work outside the agreed maintenance scope are quoted separately for approval. Existing customers should refer to their signed agreement for their specific terms.

Hours & Diagnostic Fees
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Central. Serving Chicago and the south suburbs.

After-hours emergency service is subject to availability. The after-hours totals include a $60 surcharge for appointments outside regular hours, weekends and holidays. Repairs cost extra. We confirm the diagnostic fee before dispatch. No surcharge applies when a regular appointment runs late or is delayed by AMG.
